A Time-honoured Jewellery Shop in Melbourne

On offer is a well-established jewellery shop in one of Melbourne's busiest shopping destinations. With over three decades of operation, it demonstrates resilience and ability to thrive amid market fluctuations and economic uncertainties.

Offering a wide range of silver jewellery and semi-precious stones, the business primarily caters to a female demographic. Its extensive range of products appeals to both locals and tourists, allowing enhanced profit opportunities.

Operating in a renowned retail hub, the business benefits from a steady flow of foot traffic and high visibility. Its 50 sqm premises offer an ideal space for display, creating a convenient shopping experience for customers.

The sale entails plant and equipment valued between $30,000 and $40,000, predominantly consisting of cabinets, mirrors, and display stands. These inclusions ensure immediate business continuity and eliminate the need for substantial capital injection post-acquisition.

It is currently run by two owner-operations where Owner 1 handles back-office functions while Owner 2 actively oversees operations and staff management. They are assisted by three casual staff, handling display, social media posting and day-to-day tasks.
