Price Drop + Rent only $400Per week! — Café @ Busy Health Club, North Br

Here's a hospitality opportunity that stacks up. This café holds the exclusive food and beverage position inside a large, well-known health club in Brisbane's inner north — thousands of health-conscious members walking past the counter every day, plus local foot traffic from one of the city's fastest-growing precincts. Simple to run, low overheads, daytime hours, and secure tenure to 2030 with an option beyond. Perfect first business or bolt-on for an existing coffee operator.

• Exclusive café position inside a large-format, 7-day national-brand health club
• First 6 months rent paid in full then rent just $400/week incl. GST — with internet, water and electricity included!
• No security bond — minimal capital tied up
• Secure licence to August 2030 + 2-year option (~6.5 years' tenure)
• Pours Bassett Espresso — exclusive Sydney roaster founded by Australia's first World Barista Champion
• Built-in customer base — gym members plus passing local foot traffic
• Daytime trade, no late nights — genuine lifestyle balance
• Huge upside — extend hours, add smoothies/protein retail, member pre-orders

Opportunities inside a club of this size don't come up often — and rarely at this entry price.
